Cancer drug prices have climbed to about $25,000 a month, even though a lot of them don’t actually help people live longer, and the FDA keeps approving them based on weak tumor-shrinkage data while drug companies make a fortune. Researchers at UCSD just finished the most detailed cannabis genetic study ever, 193 total genomes 181 of which had never been catalogued before. That could improve how we use the plant for medicine and materials. A new federal study also shows that men tend to smoke weed more, while women go for edibles, drinks, and lotions. That being said, men, you really need to use more lotion. :)
