Cannabis News Roundup YouTube
Hi,

I hope you had a great 4th of July! Big news for the First State! Delaware will begin recreational cannabis sales August 1, with medical dispensaries converting their licenses to serve adults 21 and over. Florida just passed a rule that lets the state pull medical cards from people busted for growing, selling, trafficking, or having cannabis with intent to sell. What this isn’t clear on is if that includes past convictions of cannabis. Meanwhile, Massachusetts plans to finalize rules for cannabis consumption lounges by October. This means new licenses for cafes, event organizers, and cannabis businesses. :)

Have a splendid week,
Jessica
