A Brazilian plant called Trema micrantha was found to produce CBD without any THC, offering a possible new source for non-intoxicating cannabis compounds. The FDA officially rescinded its ban on Juul e-cigarettes, saying new data led them to reconsider the risks. Texas is funding clinical trials using psychedelics to treat opioid addiction after Kentucky chose not to move forward. The researcher leading the Texas trials is also featured in our Cool Finds section with an interesting interview by comedian Theo Von. :)
