Hi,
We’ve got more numbers on how the market in California is getting squeezed with Santa Barbara County cannabis falling from $1,200 in 2020 to $250 per pound this year. In Southern California, 500 federal agents and soldiers raided massive illegal cannabis farms across hundreds of acres, arresting dozens of undocumented workers but not shutting the grow down. Well I’ll be hog-tied,Texas is allowing medical cannabis and vetoed the bill banning intoxicating CBD! Texas just became the 40th state to legalize medical cannabis with a law that raises THC limits to 10mgs per dose and up to 1000mg per package, expands qualifying conditions, and allows more dispensary licenses starting in September. While flower isn’t allowed, with prescriptions patients can buy edibles, oils, lotions, patches, suppositories, nebulizers, inhalers, and vaporizers. Gov. Abbott vetoed the law that was going to ban hemp in Texas. We expect them to make some sort of system to allow intoxicating hemp in liquor stores for those over 21. Including the $50M invested last week for ibogaine research,Texas is getting all progressive and liberal. :)

Thanks and have a very good week!
