In California, hundreds of parole denials are under review after nearly 6,000 prison drug tests were found to be faulty, raising questions about how many inmates lost their freedom due to bad science. A promising new study found that cannabidiol (CBD) helped reduce brain hyperactivity and improve memory in mice with Alzheimer’s, offering a potential path for human treatments. :)
